Duqm Refinery Welcomes Graduates on-board

Muscat: Duqm Refinery welcomed 30 Engineering graduates onto a unique Graduate Development Program called Nishaan. On the program, the graduates stand to gain a unique experience of a mega project lifecycle from construction to an operational facility. They will work closely with out project management team and receive first-hand exposure of equipment arrival to installation. In addition, they will be part of the commissioning and startup of a World Class Refinery Project.

Graduates were welcomed on board and introduced to other departments and staff in diverse roles. As part of their program the graduates will be visiting other Refineries and downstream facilities where they will spend time learning on operational activities before they come back on to the Duqm Refinery project.
