Nishan Graduates Make Progress With Their on-job Training

Muscat: Duqm Refinery is happy to announce that 6 of their graduates have complete the foundation and core skills training with Orpic and will begin the next phase of their on the job training in Sohar Refinery on Sunday 5th May.

The Nishaan graduates have worked hard over the last 4 months, completing Specialized Training, Plant Visit & Workshop activities and each month completed associated written and interview assessments

In addition we have received some excellent feedback on their motivation, enthusiasm and conduct whilst representing DRPIC at Mina Al Fahal Refinery.

Nishan is Duqm Refinery’s Graduate Development Program. The program aims at not only introducing new joiners to the company culture and work environment but also serves as a fast track program to upskill graduates.
