IPIC and OOC sign a Cooperation Agreement

man Oil Company (OOC) and the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) – an Abu Dhabi Government owned company – signed in Abu Dhabi a cooperation agreement on investments in oil, gas and petrochemicals. The signing ceremony was presided over by H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zaid Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Affairs Minister, IPIC Chairman and H.E. Dr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al Rumhi, Minister of Oil & Gas. It was also attended by H.E. Nasser bin Khamis Al Jashmi, Undersecretary of Ministry of Oil & Gas and OOC Chairman and H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Qatabi, Sultanate’s Ambassador to UAE.The agreement was signed by Eng. Ahmed bin Salim al Wahaibi, OOC’s Chief Executive Officer and H.E. Khadem Abdulla Al Qubaisi, IPIC’s Managing Director.
